My Week

I seem to be going through some sort of storm this week. Our house didn't have any water for a while. The pipe broke. Josh had some difficulties this week at school. I thought I broke my lap top. It took me three hours to get working. And my van broke today. It lost all of it's oil. It's still sitting at the church. However, tonight, during our Bible study. Pastor Stevan talked about miracles. I actually taught about the story of Jesus walking on water. (found in Matthes) How he told Peter to come out of the boat and come to him. Peter started to and yes, he did walk on water until he took his eyes off Jesus. He also calmed the storm. It didn't take me much tonight to remember that my "sort-of" storm reminded me to refocus, to regroup, to put my eyes back on HIm. I don't know if my week will get any better or worse but I know what's TRUE and where my COMFORT is and that is with Christ.
Thanks for listening.

Refocus.
Regroup.
Eyes back on Him.
Good advice for "stormy weather"!
And calm days too!!

I think satan tests us to see if we really are relying on God and just not other humans (TIM) And I know Tim trusted that God would be in charge or he would not have left.
But I was blessed to be sitting next to you last night when you had your realization, so I was able to benefit from it too !!
